Tumbuhan merupakan salah satu organisme yang memiliki peranan penting dilingkungan. penggolongan tumbuhan memiliki banyak jenis. salah satunya secara tingkatan strata tumbuhan. Secara tingkatan, tumbuhan terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok utama. yaitu tumbuhan tingkat tinggi, tumbuhan tingkat rendah dan tumbuhan transisi. masing-masing memiliki struktur, cara perkembangbiakan, ukuran, dan ciri yang berbeda.
